In an effort to meaningfully aid in the support of a robust Canadian response to the trade crisis, the CLMA has launched a public awareness campaign, #CanadaIsLiveMusic.

In the face of uncertainty, rapid change, and new opportunities, live music offers a powerful tool to inspire solidarity and national pride—alongside its undeniable economic, social, and cultural impacts.

Intended to emphasize the power and potential of live music activity generated by our nation's live music companies and organizations, #CanadaIsLiveMusic is a clear and simple sentiment meant to amplify the deep connection between live music, Canada, and its fans—both domestic and international. It underscores our unique ability to create significant economic impact, while bringing people and communities together through music made by our incredible artists.
