CLMA asks government to prioritize long-term sector investment & support in the 2022 Federal Budget

On February 9, CLMA President & CEO Erin Benjamin spoke before the Standing Committee on Canadian Heritage (16:00) calling for Heritage programs to adapt to support more live music workers in order to rebuild the touring framework in this country.

In the Federal Pre-Budget Submission, the CLMA asks the Canadian government to continue to acknowledge and support live music as an integral component of the country’s economic recovery.
